Responsibilites:

Execute, with guidance from senior engineering team members, the analysis, design, test, and integration activities

Responsible for the system’s overall availability and ensuring that it is reliable enough for the Process Group to meet their weekly goals

Responsible for the device’s performance, uptime, and availability

Implement hardware and software changes that improve system performance and reliability – developing requirements, fulfilling a stakeholder role during product development, and fulfilling a curator role with respect to ensuring proposed changes have a positive effect of system performance

Responsible for data collection, interpretation, and communication

Work closely with the Process Engineering group and Operators to ensure the safe, reliable operation of the system

Creation of test plans

Participation in customer meetings

Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.

Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.

Participate in process standardization and simplification efforts
