Job Description :

Our southern NH client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator & Sales Analyst for a maternity leave replacement for 3-4 months.   The hired candidate will support the division President performing a myriad of sales analytical and customer sales and order administrative duties.  Moore Staffing assignment employees are eligible for a quality Tufts Health Insurance plan after just 30 days.


Responsibilities


·        Create monthly reports by exporting data from SAP into Excel


·        Work with sales and marketing manager on territory analysis, key metrics, growth initiatives, account analysis


·        Work with sales team and order fulfillment on forecast


·        Review sales data and progress reports


·        Handle customer inquiries including but not limited to pricing, stock, product, etc..


·        Process sales data and progress reports


·        Handle initial intake customer complaints


·        Direct sales leads to appropriate sales team member


·        Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence


·        CRM Database management


·        Order entry fro smaple orders


·        Create sales quotations for customers


Required Qualifications :

·        Expert with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


·        BS/BA degree


·        2 or more years experience in a manufactured products sales support role


·        1-2 years of business analyst experience


·        SAP experience


·        Salesforce Experience
