Our repeat client in Wilmington is looking for a Commission Specialist in Sales to support the Comp Manager.  The ideal candidate would have strong accounting and excellent excel skills.  They are looking for someone to act as a business partner that can effectively communicate with field employees and c-level executives.  


 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide support and analysis of sales and commissions to Incentive Comp Manager

  • Work effectively with Incentive Comp Manager to streamline processes

  • Perform weekly review of sales commissions and commission payouts to ensure compliance with Sales Compensation Plans and Policies

  • Review all Corporate Sales reports to ensure accuracy of commission calculations

  • Act as the point of contact for all sales commissions and contest related programs and incentives in the corporate office and regionally

  • Handle all inquiries regarding sales and commission payments

  • Perform reconciliations as required


 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Required Qualifications :

 



3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment


Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred


3 years Sales Commission experience is ideal


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


Knowledge of AS/400 is preferred


Strong Microsoft Excel abilities, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
