Job Description :

 Our well respected north suburban Boston manufacturing firm is seeking a Sales Commission Administrator to join their team!  The hired candidate will report to the compensation management manager.



  • Provide support and analysis of sales commissions to field locations and comp management

  • Analyze and calculate Sales Commission changes and adjustment to ensure compliance with the Sales Compensation Plan and Corporate Sales Policies

  • Reconcile Sales Final Commission payouts in accordance to Plans and Policies to ensure compliance

  • Perform ongoing review for accuracy of commissions 

  • Query databases to create reports for managers/executives to review monthly and quarterly sales results

  • Run weekly statistical reports to monitor sales and volume changes

  • Prepare reports to track and review new sales and new products


Required Qualifications :


  • BS in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years’ related experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience.
