Relationship Account Manager
Our new staffing cloud service platform client is looking for an excellent Relationship Account Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for new client onboarding, drive client software adoption and establishing long-term successful client relationships and expansion
This is a great Fully Remote perm role for someone with great client interaction and client focus mentality.
-Manage conversion, retention, and expansion for new and existing clients.
-Have a clear understanding of client’s business needs and identifying process improvement areas
-Continuously manage new and existing client relationships
-Familiarize with new account trends while managing client satisfaction
-Understand client needs and identify expansion opportunities
-Collaborate with other teams to support conversions and expansions
-Provide feedback to internal parties on process and product improvement
-Learn about our software and educate clients
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience with B2B Relationship Management
Ability to quickly learn about the software and explain it to clients
Ability to work with internal teams including Customer success Team and Developers
Experience with client relationships in a
Staffing Software – Client Relationship experience (must)
Passionate about client satisfaction
Skills: Client Relationship Management – Staffing Software onboarding - Service Delivery experience- SmartSheet Experience
