Moore Staffing is an award-winning staffing firm that has won a contract with a Boston hospital to hire a Registration and Financial Clearance Training Lead to work within various departments.  Our client is a world-renowned medical organization with easy access to public transportation, the expressway and Mass Pike.

Registration and Financial Clearance Leads report to the Manager Registration Training and Quality Assurance.  The Leads principle functions are to coordinate the department’s staff in standardized training programs and assure that quality reviews are performed throughout. 

1)      Works with Manager to develop training programs and materials for standardized processes for all points of patient access

2)      Develops, organizes, and upon approval, implements a revenue cycle training program for new hire orientation, staff development, and on-the-job training

3)      Develops in-depth knowledge of educational resources and determines how resources can best support training initiatives

4)      Creates training tools and staff assessment materials, including, but not limited to: manuals, presentations, scripts, competency tests, tip sheets, and evaluation rubrics

5)      Coordinates with IT department when necessary to select and deploy e-learning or web-based training materials

6)      Coordinates accountability for quality standard work

Required Qualifications :

  • Prior training experience in revenue cycle 

  • Experience with SMS Invision, IDX, Epremise, ECW or other host systems preferred

  • 2+ years experience in patient access functions
