Job Description :

Moore Staffing has created a new role for a recruiter to take on a critical role in growing Moore’s healthcare staffing organization.  This is a full time position offering a solid base pay and incentive program, competitive benefits and a flexible hybrid(remote and onsite) work schedule. Moore is a 40-year staffing organization continuously recognized as a staffing industry leader. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Source, screen, interview and assess candidates for clinical and non-clinical job openings with hospitals and small to large healthcare providers

  • Create and post high-quality job board ads

  • Manage job board resources to maximize candidate flow

  • Conduct candidate ecampaigns using Moore’s applicant tracking system

  • Present candidates to our hiring clients

  • Conduct placement processes and negotiations with our clients

  • Execute onboarding and credentialing of candidates hired

  • Work consultatively with hiring clients and job seekers building Moore’s Healthcare Staffing Brand

  • Work with business development team to promote candidates and identify and acquire new healthcare hiring clients

  • Be a social media champion promoting Moore’s services to the healthcare hiring and job seeking communities.

  • Improve recruiting channels and develop new ones such as a nursing referral program and training center referrals of Medical Assistants and CNA’s

Required Qualifications :

  • BS in a Healthcare related field is desired

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and of healthcare operations required

  • Some recruiting experience is strongly desired

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and eager to learn and grow
