Our Merrimack valley logistics/distribution and Real Estate client is looking for a dedicated and flexible Bookkeeper and Office Administration with RE and 3PL Logistics experience and strong work ethic.




The ideal candidate must have QuickBooks experience and excellent/ advance excel skills and is someone who is flexible and able to wear multiple hats.




Responsibilities include but not limited to:


 


Effectively communicate with customers, tenants, vendors and staff


Support executive management team in day to day routines and projects


Manage and process accounts payable


Manage and process accounts receivables


Monthly billing, banking tasks, sending out payments, respond to vendor invoices


Reconciling bank and credit accounts


Work with management to manage the production of annual budget, forecasts and reports


Posting payments, organizing and filing deposit receipts and invoices


Provide Office Support


Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages


Organize and maintain all the office and business-related documents such as Vendor information, invoices, notices, letters, tenant correspondence etc.


Arranging for business lunches or catering from time to time


Special projects as assigned



 

 

 

 

 
Required Qualifications :

 



1-6 years of Real Estate and Logistics Accounting


1-6 years of Office Administration in RE and Logistics industry


Experience in commercial and residential RE industry


QuickBooks Online (Must)


Advance Excel Skills (Must)
