Our Billerica, MA manufacturing client has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Manager.

This is a well-established, small and very profitable Distributor and Fabricator.

This is a direct hire position. Annual Salary $90,000-$100,000

· Oversee quality system and documentation

· Respond to customer quality issues and take corrective action

· Implement and continuously improve quality processes and procedures

· Manage MRB

· Interact with suppliers on all quality issues

· Analyze root cause and take corrective actions

· Direct inspection and testing, Implement in-process inspection

· Prepare 1st article inspection for customers

· Interact with outside quality audit teams

· Maintain AS 9100 rev. D Quality System

· Train personal

· 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing quality role

· Hands on Mechanical inspection knowledge

· Ability to read and interpret customer specifications

· AS9100 Rev. D and ISO9001:2015 experience

· CMM experience

· Any plastics or machining manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

· ASQ certification is helpful
