Project Manager needed for leading manufacturer of fully automated, ultra-precision die bonding and epoxy dispensing systems. Candidate will primarily manage order fulfillment projects, oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and facilitate the completion of projects.
This is a direct hire position. Salary range $110,000-$120,000
·Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to meet project milestones.
·Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
·Ensure resource availability and allocation.
·Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track and communicate progress.
·Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
·Proactively identify and highlight critical-path dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
·Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
·Report and escalate to management as needed.
·Manage the relationship with Sales and other internal departments relevant to projects.
·Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
·Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
·Measure and track project performance, specifically to analyze performance metrics.
·2-5 years project management experience in precision machinery/capital equipment industry.
·Strong track record to manage multiple parallel projects from inception to completion.
·Collaborate with both technical and business groups.
·Excellent communication skills, excellent written, verbal and remote communication skills.
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project.
·Bachelor's Degree or higher in science and engineering fields a plus.
·Certificate or Training of Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
