Office Administrator
Office Administrator Summary: Great opportunity for an Office Administrator to work in a busy and thriving commercial contractor client. Play an integral part in contract review, administrative support and day to day operations.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
· Provide contract administration including;
ü Order and process insurance certificates
ü Prepare contracts for department approval
· Enter job information into accounting software
· Assist with monthly contractor billing
· Provide overall office support including ordering office supplies.
Office Administrator Qualifications:
· Prior work experience in an office administrator role, minimum 3-5 years
· Prior work experience in construction industry highly desired
· Knowledge of contracts
· Understanding of insurance requests
· Ability to work in a professional environment.
Office Administrator Skills:
· Strong computer skills including MS Office
· Prior work experience with accounting duties
· Strong numbers skills
Office Administrator Benefits: Salary range, $60K depending on experience. Our client offers exceptional benefits including Health care, 401K with match
