Office Administrator Summary:   Our client in Portsmouth, NH is looking for an Office Administrator to support their thriving business! Ideal candidate is relationship driven and wants to grow in the insurance industry.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Be first point-of-contact for greeting all clients and guests.

  • Event coordination and execution

  • Assist with marketing projects, communications, brand recognition efforts.

  • Calendar management

  • Special projects 

  • Report production and distribution.

  • Scheduling and preparing client meetings

Required Qualifications :

Office Administrator Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs. Must have strong Excel skills 

  • Superior attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Able to prioritize and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have high regard for sensitive and confidential information.



Office Administrator Benefits:  Salary range $21-$25hr depending on experience.
