Our new General Contractor client in Danvers MA is looking for an Office Administrator & Billing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in construction with billing and accounting background.
Responsibilities include:
Office Administration
Support Staff and subcontractors
Filling out and filing documents for sub-contractors / HVAC
Answering phones, organizing communications with the office
Project billing
Proposal writing using Sage100

Required Qualifications :

3+ Years of Admin and Billing experience
Project Billing experience
Hands on with excel
Computer savvy
PDF’s and Microsoft Office
Accounting and Office admin experience
SAGE 100 experience
