We are seeking a qualified and committed LPN to join our efforts in providing quality care in all aspects of our patient journey. This a Temp to Hire opportunity to work Monday thru Friday from 10 am – 3pm (Flexible)   Salary depends on the level of experience $25-$33/hr.

Responsibilities:

·       Taking Medical History

·       Assistance at our day program with Triage phone calls

·       Obtain patient vital signs, blood pressure, temperature and respiration

·       Provide wound care

·       Administer medication

·       Experience with frail elder population is preferable

·       Perform Phlebotomy, EKG & Venipuncture 

·       Prepares and administers injections

·       LPN license

·       Good communication skills

·       Knowledge and prior work history in a medical setting

·       1-2 years recent nursing experience, prior experience with elderly in any type of facility
