Join a thriving medical center in this hands-on patient care role as a Licensed Practical Nurse. We are seeking a qualified and committed LPN to join our efforts in providing quality care in all aspects of our patient journey. 

This a Temp to Hire opportunity to work Monday thru Friday from 10 am – 3pm 

Salary depends on the level of experience $25-$33/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Taking Medical History


• Assistance at our day program with Triage phone calls


• Obtain patient vital signs, blood pressure, temperature and respiration


• Provide wound care


• Administer medication


• Experience with frail elder population is preferable


• Perform Phlebotomy, EKG & Venipuncture 


• Prepares and administers injections

Required Qualifications:

• LPN license in Massachusetts


• Knowledge and prior work history in a medical setting


• 1-2 years recent nursing experience, prior experience with elderly in any type of facility

Skills:

• Good communication skills


• Adept with patient care in elderly patients
