Title: Lead Coordinator


Lead Coordinator Summary:   Our client in Randolph, MA is looking for a motivated Lead Coordinator to assist with high volume calls and other administrative duties.

Lead Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Set up sales appointments

  • Make follow-up calls

  • Enter and update data in the CRM (Salesforce)

  • Assist Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Agents with additional administrative responsibilities

Required Qualifications :


Lead Coordinator Qualifications:

·        Excellent phone presence

·        Hours M-F 9am-5:30pm

·        CRM experience, Salesforce a plus!



Lead Coordinator Benefits:  Salary range $20-$24hr depending on experience. While the hired candidate is working as a Moore employee until they become permanent- they are eligible for a 50% paid high quality health insurance plan after just 30 days.
