Job Description :
IT Service Desk Summary:   Working in a long-term temporary role, be the first point of contact for technical support within our client’s Corporate and Retail organization.

IT Service Desk Responsibilities:

·        First point of contact for technical support within the organization.

·        Coordinate support with retail and corporate teams

·        Oversee asset tracking and inventory management to ensure IT tools are available to users

·        Escalate unresolved support incidents to next tier

·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with MAC, MS Windows, Office 365 and retail systems

·        Participate in off hours on call rotation – once every two months

Position is hybrid - working 2 days from home and 3 from their Somerville MA location

Required Qualifications :

IT Service Desk 

·        College level degree in computer technology or similar course of study

·        1-3 years’ experience providing support to large number of remote workers

·        Exceptional customer service experience, abilty to adapt in fast paced environment

IT Service Desk Skills:  

·        MS Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, configuring and troubleshooting

·        Ability to work with Dell/HP/Apple laptops, desktops and iPhone.

·        Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network, Retail PO and MacOs a plus

·        Experience with computer imaging processes, Symantec Endpoint or MS Defender, Adobe Creative Suite.

IT Service Desk Salary & Benefits:  Salary range, $58K-$65k depending on experience. While the hired candidate is working as a Moore employee until they become permanent- they are eligible for a 50% paid high quality health insurance plan after just 30 days.
