Implementation/ Project Manager
Our new staffing cloud service platform client is looking for an excellent Project Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for helping new and existing clients with software implementations.
This is a great Permanent role for someone that is open to working remotely.
-Primary point of contact for new and existing clients
-Help clients integrate software with other applications
-Manage software implementation and onboarding
-Manage and create project plans and reports to help clients with software onboarding
-Act as a Subject Matter Expert on software while providing clients advice and guidance on the implementation
-Work closely with CRMs during onboarding and handoff when implementation is completed
-Manage client relationships- communicating project status, reporting and facilitating status meetings
-Work closely with Engineers to manage client satisfaction
-Identify process improvement areas and communicate with product development team
-Learn software and teach end-users of various technical experience levels
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience with B2B software implementation
Experience with working with a Staffing cloud-based company
Experience with SmartSheet (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to do presentations or communicate to groups
Skills: Project Management – B2B software implementation and Client Onboarding – Service Delivery experience- SmartSheet Experience
