Job Description :
Long term contract position with our busy healthcare client in Downtown Boston.
As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of duties, providing support to the HR Business Partner and HR programs.
Will assist in Administrative duties, maintain HR reports, assist with audits, be a go to person for new hires, review insurance benefits, assist with LOA and FMLA.
Will also assist with payroll administration and provide support in other areas of benefit administration, Workers Compensation and related matters
Required Qualifications :
Prior work history in a similar HR Coordinator role, min of 5 years experience.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
