Title: Administrative Receptionist
Summary: Looking for a new administrative opportunity with a great family run business? Look no further- our North Shore manufacturing client has an immediate opening for an Administrative Receptionist. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, providing office support and performing administrative duties.
- Key person to answer phones
- Maintain files
- Project work in Excel and Word
- Maintain common areas
Prior work history in an office setting, in an administrative support and reception preferably in a reception/front desk role.
Work experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Willing to work morning/extra hours if needed for vacation coverage
Skill: MS Office, excellent communication skills, phone presence
Benefits: Salary determined by experience up to $18/hr in this Temp to Hire position.
Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30-5, ½ hour for lunch, Friday 7:30 to 2:30
