Job Description :

Title: Freight and Logistics Coordinator


 


Summary:   Our Southern NH is looking for a Freight and Logistics Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for but not limited to inventory support for multiple channels.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate on time show shipments for high volume of travelling shows per month.

  • Create all paperwork for tradeshow shipments – Bills of lading, pallet labels, pick tickets, etc.

  • Tracking high volume of shipments

  • Logistically prepare transit / freight plan

  • Plan end of show shipments, pallet labels, BOLs, carriers, and pickups.

  • Track lost booth kits, forgotten product, lost shipments.

  • Maintain several databases to record accurate data

  • Regular communication with internal and external partners.

  • Forecast needs of future show product refreshment


Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • High attention to detail; ability to execute many priorities and manage execution

  • Independent Thinker & Problem Solver

  • Collaborate and work with other team members


Skills:  



  • NetSuite experience a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft, Google Drive, ERM applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Must have experience with written process of quoting rates, booking shipments, high volume tracking

  • "On Call" duties outside regular work hours, must be flexible


 


Benefits:  Salary range $20-$25hr depending on experience. This position qualifies for company health insurance benefits; two weeks first year paid vacation time, seven paid holidays, and participation in company 401K Retirement
