Entry Level Customer Service/Tech Support
Our growing Seabrook, NH manufacturing company needs an Entry Level Customer Service/Tech Support person.
This position is contract to hire,
Monday-Thursday 9 am-6 pm, Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay rate: $18.00-$19.00 an hour.
Responsibilities:
-Customer Service & Technical Support
-Troubleshooting and Diagnosing customer issues
-Managing & Assisting Field Repair efforts via third party contractors
-Light Assembly and testing.
-Parts Inventory Management
-Technical aptitude required
-Independent Thinker & Problem Solver
-Must be organized with high attention to detail
-Computer literate, Microsoft Outlook & Word
Skills: Customer service, Tech support, light Assembly., call center experience.
