Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
· Process all incoming orders
· Update customers on order shipping/dates
· Provide pricing and quotes to customers as needed
· Be the lead contact person for all customer inquiries
· Assist with invoicing
· Work daily in the CRM system
· Work with service to schedule repairs
· Bachelor degree preferred
· Must possess excellent communication skills
· Prior experience in a customer support role
· Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
Customer Service Representative Skills:
· Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
· Prior database experience, ability to learn new software programs
Customer Service Representative Benefits: Salary range, mid - hi $40's, depending on experience.
