Job Description :
Our Woburn, Ma client is partnering with Moore Staffing Services in helping them to find a Customer Service rep to provide support to customers and fielding the service calls. 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for growth potential with a well established company. 

Salary $17/hr 


  • Handle incoming customer appointment calls 

  • Schedule repair technicians 

  • Schedule service calls 

  • Assist with projects as needed

Required Qualifications :

  • Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm (training will be 9am-6pm) 

  • Will be asked to work a Saturday rotation

  • Will be asked to cover on call hours 

  • Must have strong communication skills
