Title: Customer Service Rep/Scheduler


Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Summary:   Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to join their busy office. Ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual with the ability to multi – task in a busy environment.

Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls / return voicemails in a professional and courteous

  • Schedule maintenance appointments

  • Communicate with technicians

  • Data Entry

  • Maintain customer records

  • Process customer billing

  • Calling on outstanding invoices

  • Filing

Required Qualifications :

Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in an office setting is preferred

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills

  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task

  • Proven record of reliability, attendance and punctuality

  • Computer literacy

  • Must be comfortable in fast paced setting


Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Benefits:  Salary range $20-$25hr depending on experience. This position qualifies for company health insurance benefits; 10 paid days off, and a Christmas bonus
