Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Summary: Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to join their busy office. Ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual with the ability to multi – task in a busy environment.
Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls / return voicemails in a professional and courteous
- Schedule maintenance appointments
- Communicate with technicians
- Data Entry
- Maintain customer records
- Process customer billing
- Calling on outstanding invoices
- Filing
Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years’ experience in an office setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Proven record of reliability, attendance and punctuality
- Computer literacy
- Must be comfortable in fast paced setting
Customer Service Rep/Scheduler Benefits: Salary range $20-$25hr depending on experience. This position qualifies for company health insurance benefits; 10 paid days off, and a Christmas bonus
