Job Description :

Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Summary:   Temp to hire opportunity with well-established Merrimack Valley client, managing in bound calls to schedule home inspections. Hired candidate will provide excellent customer service.

Hours required are Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, some flexibility.


·       Handle inbound calls

·       Schedule inspections

·       Follow up with providing detailed report

Required Qualifications :


·       Prior customer service experience

·       Strong phone presence

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Prior work history in fast paced environment

·       Handle high volume of calls



·       Excellent communication skills

·       Proficient on the computer



Benefits:  Salary up to $18/hr depending on experience. While the hired candidate is working as a Moore employee until they become permanent- they are eligible for a 50% paid high quality health insurance plan after just 30 days.
