Our Wakefield Financial Services client has several openings to hire full-time or part time Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent service to our customers over the phone. This role offers competitive pay of $ 16-$ 20/hour based on experience, generous benefits and rapid growth potential.


 


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


 


Provide support services for Credit Card programs to businesses and financial institutions throughout the United States.


Take customer service calls for over 50 banks and credit unions and offers exceptional customer support.


Participate in a 5-week paid training program that starts on February 24th.


Handle high volume calls


Required Qualifications :

1+ year of experience in a professional fast paced call center in either banking, financial services, software, insurance, healthcare or online consumer goods sales.


Excellent English-speaking skills,


Be polished and professional on the phone,


Experience and ability to handle high volume of calls and be able to learn new computer skills quickly. 


Pass a background check and drug screen. 


Provide support to a 24/7 environment, including a weekend day.


Candidates will be given scheduling option; each option includes working either Saturday or Sunday.
