Title: Credit & Collections Expert
Our Telecommunications Client in Reading MA is looking for a Credit Collections Manager to join their growing company. This position will focus on following company standards on receivables, payments and collections terms. The ideal candidate will have a great background in Collections and ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee client account inquiries
-Process and Manage receivables and payments
-Manages credit and collections services
-Supervise preparation and maintenance of client records
-Daily Journal entries and final balance preparation
-Prepare management reports
-Manage delinquent collections
-Maintain and develop department procedures
-Provide support with Billing or Accounting as needed
-Ad-hoc requests as needed



 
Required Qualifications :

 



-Bachelors’ degree
-5+ Years of Collection and Billing experience
-Bookkeeping experience
-Experience in DPU (Department of Public Utilities)
-Experience managing direct reports
-Experience with Cogsdale ERP (preferred)
-Candidate must go through Background Check & Drug Screen
-Candidate must pass Assessment tests sent by client


Skills: Experience in Collections and Billing – Excellent communication skills – Public Administration- Experience with DPU
