Job Description :

Contract Portfolio Manager Summary:   Great opportunity to join our national client in this Contract Manager role.

Contract Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:

·       Ensure the successful implementation of National Group Purchasing Contracts

·       Responsible for identifying regional contract opportunities

·       Negotiate with suppliers

·       Deal effectively with vendors and NGPO

·       Resolve service or pricing issues

·       Assist Sr Manager with negotiations

·       Monitor existing contract volume

Required Qualifications :

Contract Portfolio Manager:

·       Bachelor degree in Business Administration or industry related field

·       5 years hospital purchasing experience preferred

·       Experience with medical suppliers

·       Knowledge of NGPO and regional contracting processes

·       Strong negotiating skills


Contract Portfolio Manager Skills:  

·       Strong working knowledge in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Benefits:  Salary range  up to low $90’s depending on experience.
