Job Description :
Construction Office Coordinator Summary:   Hiring an office coordinator for busy construction office, providing support in areas including filing, scanning, handling phones and clerical support.

Construction Office Coordinator Responsibilities:


·       Handle construction files


·       Scan and save documents


·       Print needed construction documents


·       Handle busy phones


·       Work daily on the computer


·       Organize files


Required Qualifications :
 

Construction Office Coordinator Qualifications:


·       Prior work experience in a construction environment preferred


·       Prior work experience in an office setting


·       This position is temp with potential to go permanent


·       Full time hours or mother’s hours


Construction Office Coordinator Skills:  


·       Must have minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar role


·       Proficient in MS Office including Excel
