Commercial Loan Administrator
Our Lowell area bank client is partnering with Moore staffing to hire a Commercial Loan Administrator.
This position is responsible for processing of a commercial loan files, providing operational and administrative support to ensure a smooth workflow and dissemination of information between various departments.
- Prepares credit files and enters data into the loan origination system.
- Providing administrative support, ordering reports, certificate and transcript.
- Maintain all activity of loans, closed, in process or approved
- Prepares document/loan information packages for attorneys,
- Work closely with appraisals and insurance company and administrators

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
4 to 7 years administrative support, commercial lending experience a must.
Strong understanding of credit and deposit products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook: Salesforce a must, ability to learn a new software
