Claims Analyst Supervisor
Our medical claims client located in north suburban Boston is hiring a working supervisor for one of their claims follow up teams. The hired candidate will lead a team of 6-8 claims team members directing their day to day claims processing workflow, ensure billing standards are adhered to, foster teamwork, provide positive leadership to team members and train new employees. The supervisor manages the follow up of claims, billing inquiries, medical billing, payment research, correspondence process and reporting. The hired candidate will correspond with insurance companies, resolve denials and initiate appropriate appeals. The supervisor will help in hiring and onboarding new employees and helping them achieve success and career growth. Our client offers an excellent benefits package including a generous PTO policy and 401K with a match as well as family health plan with most of the premium paid by the employer.
The ideal candidate will have lead expertise with workers compensation and motor vehicle accident claims billing, payment research, correspondence and reporting.
