Our new manufacturing client in Danvers is looking for a professional Bookkeeper/ HR Admin candidate to help with their small office.


 


This is a Full Time- Temp To Perm role for anyone looking to work in a small and laid back yet professional environment.  Experience in QuickBooks is a Must!


 


Responsibilities include but not limited to:




Process daily Accounts Payable & Invoicing


Assist with Account Receivables


Oversee all aspects of job costing


Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations


Prepare quarterly sales tax returns


Work with Project Managers to enter Purchase orders into QuickBooks


Track Payroll


Work with external Accounting firm to ensure correct and timely monthly and year-end financial close


HR duties – on-boarding, benefits Management


Work on Ad-hoc projects



 

 
Required Qualifications :

 



Associates Degree (or equivalent experience)


QuickBooks Enterprise is a MUST


3+ years of A/P experience


3+ years of A/R Experience


Ability to work OT as needed


Strong Excel experience (V-lookups/ Pivot tables)
