Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Description :

Summary:   Our client has temporary with possibility to go permanent opening for an entry level Customer Service Representative.

Some Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Answering phones and emails for customer orders and complaints

·        Entering orders into our Alliant Software

·        Entering complaints into our Alliant Software

·        Assist in completing driver customer notes that request account changes

·        Drafting service agreements for new accounts and renewals

·        Entering contract dates and pricing into Alliant once signed

·        Email customers about changes to their deliveries – delivery days, shortages, etc

·        Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications :


·        Bilingual (Spanish/English)

·        Must be able to work 9am-5pm Monday-Friday



Benefits:  Salary up to $20 hr depending on experience. While the hired candidate is working as a Moore employee until they become permanent- they are eligible for a 50% paid high quality health insurance plan after just 30 days.
