Architectural Project Manager Summary:   Become a team member with our premier construction client in this Project Manager role, taking ownership of projects and providing detailed documents. This position will encompass all phases including design development and construction administration.  Great opportunity to advance your career with a great company.


 


Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:


·       Create and design documents


·       Manage documents from creation through construction administration


·       Manage outside engineers on a project


·       Keep project on schedule, within a set budget


·       Develop model data to support pre construction process for the team


·       Support the Design Director, creating design through final document stages


Required Qualifications :
 

Architectural Project Manager Qualifications:


·       Experience in design/drafting details within building codes


·       Prior experience in an Architecture Office or Design build company, min of 3 years


·       Experience creating construction documents using BIM


·       Proficient with visualization and documentation programs


Architectural Project Manager Skills:  


·       Completion of professional degree program in architecture or equivalent in education and experience


·       Expertise in Revit software, 3D modeling proficiency


·       Strong verbal and written communication skills


·       AIA or NCARB license a plus!


·       Will consider candidates interested in becoming a licensed architect in Massachusetts


·       Candidate must be able to provide a portfolio upon interview
