Our Merrimack Valley heavy construction client is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support their Estimating/Purchasing department. A large portion of this position will entail organizing plans into their document management system and supporting the department with their administrative needs as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. This is a full-time, temporary role with the potential of going permanent for the right person.
Pay rate is negotiable, dependent on experience.
- Experience working in an admin support position
- Background working within the construction industry highly desirable
- Ability to utilize and understand computers and programs
- Extremely organized
