Administrative Assistant /Buyer
Administrative Assistant/Buyer Summary: Join the team at our Northshore client supporting their buying department, sourcing and purchasing products for national retailers.
Administrative Assistant/Buyer Responsibilities:
· Source closeout merchandise for retail clients
· Develop and coordinate marketing strategies
· Develop targeted product to meet market needs
· Make sales calls to closeout companies and market product
· Organize shipments to retailers
· Prepare paperwork for invoicing
Administrative Assistant/Buyer Qualifications:
· Prior experience working in tradeshows
· Prior experience working with buyers in retail organizations
Administrative Assistant/Buyer Skills:
· Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field
· Must have minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar role
· Proficient in MS Office including extensive Excel
· This is 100% on site, no remote or hybrid role
Administrative Assistant/Buyer Benefits: Salary range, $50-$55K depending on experience. Our client offers exceptional benefits including Health care, dental and vision plans, 401K with match
