Accounting Manager Summary:   As the Accounting Manager you will manage the accounting process and accounting team.  Desired qualities include self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

·       Manage AP and AR process

·       Manage and assist accounting team

·       Provide reporting to the team members

·       Monitor and analyze job cost reports

·       Manage month end procedures and reports

·       Oversee the ERP system, maintaining it’s smooth operation

·       Other accounting duties and ad hoc duties as required

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

·       3+ years experience accounting background, construction industry highly preferred

·       Experience working and managing a small team

·       Full knowledge of accounting processes and procedures

·       Understanding of accounting terminology

Accounting Manager Skills:  

·       Construction industry background desired

·       Strong technology skills – including QuickBooks online and Procore, or similar program a must

·       Excel skills

Accounting Manager Benefits:  Salary range, $70=$80K depending on experience. Our client offers exceptional benefits including Health care, dental and vision plans, 401K with match
