Job Description :

Title: Accounting & Finance Reporting Specialist
Summary
Our non-profit client in Lawrence MA is looking for a Staff Accountant with Financial Reporting experience to join their team. This is a great temp to Perm role with flex hours. The position offers training onsite but it’s open to a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Income statement, and P&L analysis


The client offers great benefits including 13 holidays and 4weeks of PTO after the candidate goes Perm

Responsibilities:
Preparation of quarterly billings for state and federal
Reconcile and analyze expense reports
Assist upper management with budget analysis & preparation
Process invoices and grant request
Bank account reconciliation
Cash application
Ad-hoc requests as needed



 
Required Qualifications :

2+ Years of accounting experience (non-profit ideal)
Associates degree or equivalent
Experience with state and federal billing
Experience with BlackBaud (ideal)


Skills: Non-Profit accounting experience- Experience with GL/ TB/ Journal Entries – P&L analysis-Experience with cost center – State and Federal billing systems


Benefits: $21-23/hr- 30 hrs a week- Hybrid position after training (2 days onsite/ rest from home). This a great Temp To Perm role, While the hired candidate is working as a Moore employee until they become permanent- they are eligible for a 50% paid high quality health insurance plan after just 30 days.
