Account Coordinator


Summary:   Our electronic distributor client is hiring an Account Coordinator.  Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, the hired candidate will provide support in processing of orders, providing customers with quotes, answering technical questions and providing support to the Regional Sales Managers.


Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

·       Take customer orders via phone and email system

·       Enter orders into the ERP system

·       Provide pricing and quotes to customers

·       Process any technical inquiries

·       Monitor orders and provide feedback to customers

·       Maintain and update Salesforce

·       Process customer inquiries

Required Qualifications :

Account Coordinator Qualifications:

·       Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in science field (biology, environmental science, chemistry, etc)

·       2+ years’ experience in a CS or Account support role

·       Experience with an ERP system, Navision or Salesforce a plus

·       Prior experience in a chemical manufacturing environment a plus!

·       Strong communication skills, proactive and have excellent follow through

Account Coordinator Skills:  

·       Above average MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Access and Word

·       Prior ERP system experience, Navision or Salesforce a plus!

·       Knowledge of Paylocity a plus!
